Stacy, Brian, Will, Becca, you are in my heart and prayers. I do understand the pain of losing a father and grandfather. You all were very close. It hurts. God knows the hurt. My prayer is that you will ask God (the Heavenly Father), and ask until He answers, ask in the Name of Jesus what you may learn about God from this tragedy. There is a message to us all...and hope. There is hope. I LOVE you all. And I'm very sorry for this sad day that you have to say good-bye to your Father, Stacy.
Will and Becca--I remember losing my dearest grandmother. It was the first and most painful loss I can remember. I still think of her. I don't remember losing my mother, because I was only 4 years old. But that loss still hurts. God is our ultimate parent--that's what I learned.
You are special and loved. This life hurts, and has joy. I pray that you experience both in the way I believe that it is designed for our benefit.

In Loving Memory of a great guy, brother Navy Veteran, and brother Veteran Hammond Firefighter/EMT. I appreciate the years of friendship. Rich was a great mentor over my years with HFD. He on many occasions was there to help anyone that needed help. He provided help to me over some very rough spots in my life and I will never forget that. Rich was the first to jump in and do what was needed. Shock and disbelief was my first reaction to the news of his passing. I can only offer condolences to Karen, Dallas, Bob and the entire Wade family. God Bless you all.
