I met David when I was working as a contractor at the US Attorney's Office back in 2004. Like the other blue coats, David was a character. After my contract ended, I would stop at the Federal Building and bring Christmas cookies to the guys. Even though they would say that they didn't need the cookies, they enjoyed me visiting more. He was part of a great group of guys.
