Yolanda T. Kirincic, age 64, of Valparaiso passed away on December 27, 2022. She is survived by her children: Lisa (Phil) Rochon and Natalie (Marshall) Newbold; grandchildren: Jake, Jocelyn (Jesse), Ryan, Aiden, Axl, and Ethan; mother: Henryka Prejmak; siblings: Halina (Michael) Ogasawara, John (Pam) Prejmak, and Lilli (Greg) Mancera; along with numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband John Kirincic; and nephews Donovan and David Prejmak.
Yola was born on May 15, 1958. At the young age of 18, Yola met and fell in love with her future husband, John, and accepted his proposal only six weeks later. They were married the same year and spent an additional 43 wonderful years together, building a beautiful life. Yola was a devoted wife and loving mother. She was compassionate and kind, with a creative spark and a great sense of humor. She enjoyed traveling, attending the Renaissance Faire, and cuddling with her affectionate dog, Hygge.
A private Celebration of Life will be held in the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, which was their happy place. While Yola will always be loved and missed by so many, there is no doubt that she has found peace and comfort in the arms of her husband, while they dance among the heavens. As Yola and John always said: "There are no goodbyes, only see ya laters." Until we meet again.
