Ryan W. Pammer, age 43, of Saint John, IN, passed away on Sunday, January 2, 2022.
Ryan is survived by his loving wife, Nicole Pammer; mother, Brenda Pammer; his 4 fur babies: Chance, Jackson, Alley and Nash; grandmother, Ivy Kozina; aunts and uncles: Frank (Debbie) Cogswell, Roy (Sandy) Cogswell, Dan (Joyce) Falardeau, Jeffrey (Barbara) Pammer; cousins: Mike, Steve, Dave, Kate, Kristen, Alex, Zach, Jason, Justin, Christopher and Jeffrey; father and mother-in-law: Thomas (Cathy) Gora; brothers and sisters-in-law: Timothy (Lauren) Rhyne, Thomas (Sarah) Gora; nephews and nieces: Jacob, Ted, Joshua, Nathan, Isla and Deacon; many friends and co-workers. He is preceded in passing by his father, William Pammer Jr.; and grandparents, William Sr. and Vera Pammer.
Ryan was born February 28, 1978, and grew up in Calumet City, IL. He graduated from TF North High School and then went on to work at William F. Pammer and Associates, an accounting firm he ran with his father. While working he graduated from Governor's State University and later on completed Real Estate School at McColly. Ryan found his true career calling and proudly sold homes to numerous families in both Indiana and Illinois. He was very involved in St. Mary's Catholic Church where he dedicated his time as the Secretary of the Men's Club. If his favorite movie, The Blues Brothers, or his favorite TV show, The Soprano's, were not on the television; you would likely find him enjoying the Bears, Colts, White Sox, Blackhawks, Bulls or especially NASCAR. Ryan was a true family man and was passionate about his family heritage. He always looked forward to the next adventure; enjoyed experiencing different cuisines and loved to travel, especially to the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee. He loved to collect antiques or any unique finds that seemed to call his name. When he wasn't collecting, he was donating to various organizations, especially Toys for Tots. Whenever Ryan entered a room, everyone knew it. His light and energy could not be hidden. Ryan was beyond generous and would have given the shirt off his back to anyone. He is deeply loved and will be terribly missed by all who were blessed to have known him.
In lieu of flowers all donations may be made to PAWS, your Local Humane Society, St. Joseph Soup Kitchen in Hammond, and/or Toys for Tots.
