Rodolfo “Rudy” Camarena Jr., age 49 of Chicago, formerly of Dolton and Schererville, passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2025. He is survived by his father, Rodolfo (Josie) Camarena Sr., stepbrother: Tommy Gora, sister: Kristina Gonzalez, stepsister: Tracy Willis, brother-in-law: Chris Gonzalez, nieces and nephews: Sara Willis, Desirae Gonzalez, Lilli Gonzalez, Deacon Gora, Tyra (Luis) Guajardo, Jose Gonzalez, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Rodolfo is preceded in death by his mother, Linda Sue Camarena, and niece Kimberly Gordon.

Rodolfo graduated from Lake Central High School in the class of 1994 and was a former mechanic for Thomas Auto Group.

Services will be held privately for the family.
