Peter John Bogdan, age 77, of Kox, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, June 24, 2025.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Terri Bogdan of Knox, Indiana, daughters, Stephanie (Richard) Newton of Kingsford Heights, Indiana, Heather (Eric Debarge) Bogdan of Hammond, Indiana, and Camellia (Britton) Stice of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, numerous grandchildren, one great-grandchild, sisters, Macinea Dolby of Grain Valley, Missouri, Rose Hensley of Attica, Indiana, Livia Pearson of Sarasota, Florida, numerous nieces and nephews, sister-in-law, Candice (DeWayne) Barner of Hammond, Indiana, and brother-in-law, Eric (Lucy) White of Cedar Lake, Indiana.

Peter was preceded in death by parents, Peter and Helen Bogdan.

Peter was born on Sunday, March 14th, 1948, in Hammond Indiana to the late Peter J. Bogdan and the late Helen (Slavo) Bogdan. Peter was a US Army Veteran, serving in the Vietnam War. Peter retired after 53 years with Cleveland Cliffs.

Peter enjoyed hunting, fishing, being out in nature, and mechanical work. Peter’s greatest passion and love was for his family.
