Pedro Romo Plascencia

Pedro Romo Plascencia age 69, but he told people he was 27, of Gary passed away on Tuesday August 9, 2022. He is survived by his children Alfredo (Raquel) Romo, Jose M. (Carolina) Romo, Pedro (Socorro) Roma, Josefina (Alvaro) Espinoza, Guadalupe (Lauren) Romo, Melissa Acevez, Michael Romo, Robert Romo, Maria Riley, and Andres Acevez; 22 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and one on the way, several brothers and sisters all living in Mexico.

Pedro is preceded in death by his parents Jose and Guadalupe, wife Theresa, son-law Jody Riley and by his sister.

Funeral will be held on Wednesday August 17, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th (Glen Park) Avenue Griffith, with Elder Oscar Barraza officiating. Cremation to follow service.

Friends may meet with the family on Wednesday August 17, 2022, from 3:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at White Funeral Home.

Pedro was a servant of Jehovah. He was a hard worker who loved joking with people, gardening, and cooking.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the family.
