Keith L. Sorensen

Keith L. Sorensen age 81 of Crown Point, passed away on Wednesday November 12, 2025. He is survived by his children Cindy (Pastor Doug) Sheehy and Kent (Dee) Sorensen; grandchildren Kameron (Katie) Sorensen, Kaylor (Chris) Cunningham, Kodie (Zavannah) Sorensen, Karissa Sheehy, and Krystal Sorensen; great grandson Cole Cunningham; brothers Brodney (Betty) Sorensen and Curtis (Helen) Sorensen; sister Shirley Virkler; and by several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Wally and Hazel Sorensen, wife Sharon Sorensen, his twin brother Kenneth, and by his sister Beverly.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday November 15, 2025, at 12 Noon at Living Hope Church with Pastor Rick Cochran officiating. Burial will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens in Schererville, Indiana. Friends may meet with the family on Saturday November 15, 2025, from 10:00am until the time of services at the Living Hope Church located at 9000 W. Taft St. in Merrillville, Indiana.

Keith was a proud Veteran and American Patriot serving in the United States Air Force (1962-1966). He retired from the Pipefitter’s Union Local #597 and loved his family (especially attending the kids sports and other events), traveling, his motor home, fixing things, serving at Living Hope Church, and his 48 Chevy.
