Julie S. (Breymeyer) Graves

Julie Suzanne Graves of Crown Point was called home by her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday March 23rd after a courageous five-year battle with cancer. Julie was born on October 28, 1969 at St. James Hospital in Chicago Heights, Illinois when her family lived in Frankfort, Illinois and has resided in Indiana most of her life. In her battle with cancer Julie participated in two clinical trials at the National Institute of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. Although these particular trails did not provide healing for Julie, she died knowing that information gathered through the trials might one day help another cancer patient and that made the often demanding physical challenges of the trails worthwhile. Julie graduated from St. Paul Lutheran School in Munster, Lake Central High School and Purdue University. Julie is a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Munster, Indiana. Julie is survived by her husband Rick Graves, children Jennifer McIntire, Jillian McIntire, James McIntire, Jared McIntire, stepchildren Gregory and Brittany Graves, parents Cheryl and Tom Breymeyer, sister Tammy (Don) Jorgensen brothers Chris (Susan) Breymeyer and Matthew Breymeyer.

Funeral services will be held on Monday March 29th at St. Paul Lutheran Church located at 8601 Harrison Avenue Munster, Indiana at 11:00 a.m. with visitation two hours prior to service.

Julie will await resurrection of all flesh at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ at Concordia Lutheran Cemetery in Hammond, Indiana.

Memorials may be given to the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Munster, Indiana. Praise God from whom all Blessings flow.
