Joe "Joey" A. Cisneros

Joe “Joey” Cisneros, age 39, of Hammond, passed away on Saturday March 11, 2023. He is survived by his loving wife, Christina; children: Eva Grace, Vince, Vanessa, Veronica, Victoria; grandchildren: D.J. and Noah; mother Angela (Sonny) Flores; sister Annette Castro; sister-in-law Amanda (Benny) Castellano; nieces: Analise (Andrew), Amanda, and Hannah; nephews: A.J., Juan, Benny, Robert, Santana, Rocky, and Orlando; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father Adan; daughter Angelina; grandparents; Margarita and Ignacio Santana, Ramon and Anita Cisneros.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, located at 7132 Arizona Ave. Hammond, Indiana 46323 with Father Charles Mosley celebrating. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Hammond. Friends may meet with the family on Friday March 17, 2023 from 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at White Funeral Home, located at 921 W. Glen Park (45th) Ave. Griffith, Indiana 46319.

Joey graduated from Bishop Noll Catholic High School, Class of 2002. He was a former employee of the School City of Hammond and a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. He loved listening to music, cooking, hosting parties, bowling, tossing bean bags, playing dominoes and cards. He was an avid Bears, Cubs, and Dallas Cowboys Fan.

Joey was the person who would literally give you the shirt off his back!
