Jeff A. Bridges

Jeff A. Bridges, age 57, of Griffith, passed away on Monday, August 12, 2024.

He is survived by his loving wife Denise, daughter Brylie, parents Mike and Judy Bridges, brother Scott (Kris) Bridges, sister-in-law Dawn (Gaspar) Hernandez, brother-in-law Daryl (Kathy) Mikulski, sister-in-law Michelle, nieces and nephews; Ryan (Nicole) Bridges, Brittany (Nate) Hall, Katie (Jeff) Johannsen, great-nieces and nephews; Harper, Grayson, Jaxson, Aria, Cam, Evelyn, Maddie, and Mikey.

Jeff was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Judith Mikulski, and brother-in-law Dan Mikulski.

Jeff was Co-Owner of Bridges Scoreboard in Griffith. He was an avid sports fan with a passionate spirit for his teams, especially his favorite player, Brylie Bridges. He was a devoted husband and loving father. Jeff loved coaching his daughter’s softball teams through the years, giving each player encouragement and always a unique nickname. He was a hardworking business owner and an active community supporter who deeply loved his town.

Jeff was a member of the American Legion, Elks Lodge, Griffith Rotary Club, and Highland/Griffith Chamber of Commerce. Jeff was one of the most positive people, always looking on the bright side. He had a big personality and was always able to make people laugh. Jeff was a good person and an even better friend and will truly be missed, but never forgotten.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2024, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. Glen Park Ave. (45th Ave.) Griffith, with Rev. Brandon Galambos officiating.

Friends may meet with the family on Thursday, August 15, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at White Funeral Home.
