Jean (Gill) Klemoff

Jean Klemoff, nee Gill, 97, of Griffith, IN., passed away peacefully at home on January 31, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in North Devon, England, where she met and married her husband. She is survived by her daughters; Diana (Alan) Blanchard, Jane Bogusz, Lori (Dave) Beals, and sons; Richard (Debbie) Klemoff, Barry Klemoff, Jerry (Dawn) Klemoff, Dale Klemoff, Robert (Beth) Klemoff. Also surviving 21 grandchildren, and 37 great grandchildren.

Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Kero Klemoff, son’s Karl and Roger Klemoff, grandchildren, Charlie and Danny Klemoff, Rachel Beals, son-in-law Mike Bogusz, parents Annie and Alfred Gill, seven sisters and four brothers. 

Jean attended New Life Church and Bible Study on Tuesday mornings in Highland, IN. She loved baking and her blueberry cheesecake was a family favorite. She enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles, watching Wheel of Fortune, the Chicago Cubs, and the Bears. Going to lunch, shopping, and the casino were things she looked forward to.

She was loved and will be missed by so many. Jean has chosen to forgo services.
