Guy H. VanTreese II age 63 of Gary passed away on Tuesday August 2, 2022. He is survived by his children Nicole (Andrew John) McGivney and Gage Vantreese; grandchildren Andrew and Noelle; mother of his children Traci VanTreese; companion Tina Goldsmith and by his close friend Jo Myers.
He is preceded in death by his parents Guy and Dolores VanTreese and by his sister Candice Pape.
Services will be private
Guy was an Air Force Veteran and was a retired crane operator at U.S. Steel Gary Works. He was a member of the Teamsters Union Local #142 and he was employed at Advanced Auto Parts in Highland. Guy was also an avid outdoorsman. "143" always.
