Evelyn (Sanders) Siurek

Our beloved Mother, Nana and Great Nana, Evelyn Siurek (nee Sanders) peacefully transitioned to eternal rest on August 10, 2024 at the remarkable age of 96. 

For decades, she shared a loving marriage with her soulmate Eugene, who proceeded her in death. Together they raised three children. Patricia Sadler (John), Susie Briski (Kevin) and proceeded in death by her son Gene Siurek.

Evelyn was a loving Nana to three granddaughters Lyndsey Harris (Conrad), Megan Burgos and Belou Briski. Great Nana to Alice and Bruce. 

Evelyn's legacy of love and devotion to family, passion for dancing and remarkable creativity will forever be remembered and celebrated as the heart and soul of the family. 

Funeral mass will be Saturday, November 9th 10 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church Griffith, Indiana with a funeral luncheon to follow at Tiebel's restaurant.
