David Stanley Marciniak

David S. Marciniak, age 84, of Hammond, passed away on Wednesday July 17, 2024.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Dolores Marciniak, children; John B. (Elaine) Marciniak, Sharon Marie Marciniak, Mary Piepenbrink, Katherine Ann (Danny J.) Dickerson, grandsons; David J. Marciniak, Joseph Marciniak, Thomas Marciniak, Jose Martinez, John B. Marciniak, Michael E. Dickerson, Danny Joe Dickerson, and life-long friends, the DellaRocco family.

David was preceded in death by his parents John B. and Edith Marciniak.

 Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. Glen Park Ave., Griffith with Fr. Jeff Burton officiating. A Masonic Memorial Service will follow.

Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. at White Funeral Home.

David was an avid hobbyist, enjoying his time crafting airplanes, Ham Radio, and anything and everything to do with photography. David was very passionate about his cooking, some of his popular dishes being his cheesecakes and his potato salad. David was a family man, always enjoying getting to spend time with his family members.

David will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him.
