William T. Hartman Jr. age 79 of Griffith, passed away on Saturday January 6, 2018. He is survived by his children Debra Hartman, Keith Hartman, and Craig (Nancy) Hartman; grandchildren Amanda, Jay, Ben, Carly (Andrew), and Hanna; great granddaughter Saylor. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, and by his First Christian Church family. William was preceded in death by his parents William T Hartman Sr. and Pansy Ritchie, wife Judith, and by his sister Roseann. Memorial services will be held on Saturday January 20, 2018 at 11:00am at the First Christian Church in Hessville located at 6733 Alabama St. with Brother Dan Nichols officiating. Friends may meet with the family on Saturday January 20th from 10:00am until the time of services at the First Christian Church in Hessville. William was an Army Veteran and he was retired from LTV Steel. He was a longtime member of the First Christian Church in Hessville. William also enjoyed traveling and spending time with his grandkids and his church family.
