William "Bill" Hanson age 64 of Highland, passed away on Tuesday December 8, 2015.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years: Gail; sons: Matthew (Heather) Hanson and Brett (Fiancée Nancy Khiev) Hanson; grandchildren: Ryan and Riley Hanson; brother Edward (Linda) Hanson, and by his numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.

William was preceded in death by his parents Paul Hanson and Auda Belle Schaffer and by his sister Dodie Wallace.

Funeral services will be held on Friday December 11, 2015 at 7:00pm at White Funeral Home with Pastor Shawn Cornett officiating. Cremation will follow the services.

Bill was a Past President of the VFW Post 1109 Men's Auxiliary and he retired from Styled Rite Home Improvements. He was an avid fisherman and Chicago Bears Fan.
