William E. Clark age 83 of Highland passed away on Saturday April 23, 2016.

He is survived by his wife Helen; sons Mike (Dinah) Clark, Bill (Sherry) Clark, and Pat (Florence) Clark; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; sisters Kay Mueller and Maxine (Tony) Flores; Brothers John (Elaine) Clark, Albert "Jack' Clark, and by his numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Albert and Okie Clark, and by his brother Don.

Services will be private.

William was the owner and operator of Clarks Towing & Snow plowing, and he ran the recovery service at Illiana Speedway for ten years.
