Thomas L. Patterson age 72 of Crown Point, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday August 23, 2022. He is survived by his wife of 50 years Denise; daughter Misty (Todd) Heintz; grandchildren Rea and Ari; brother Chester (Peggy) Patterson; niece Beth Patterson; nephew Michael (Michelle) Patterson and by his several cousins.

Thomas is preceded in death by his parents Scott and Ida Patterson, and by his brother Scott Jr.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday August 31, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Ave (Glen Park) in Griffith, Indiana with Pastor Steve Martinez officiating. Burial will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens in Schererville.

Friends may meet with the family on Tuesday August 30, 2022, from 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at White Funeral Home.

Thomas graduated from Griffith High School Class of 1969. He was a Vietnam Army Veteran with the 101st Airbourne. Thomas retired from NIPSCO working in the Gas Street Department after 40 plus years. He loved music (Elvis), cars, and working on his "40 Ford'.
