Tom P. James-Jakov, age 58, of Highland, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023.

He is survived by his brothers; David (Isabel), Paul (Carolyn), sister, Claudia (Robert), nieces, Alison (Mark), Laura (Dan), Stephanie (Paul), Melissa, Lisa, Katie, and Amanda, great-nephews, Tony and Leo, great-niece, Evie, sister-in-law, Beverly, and cousin Michael (Alice).

Tom was preceded in death by parents Matthew and Dolores and brother Bruce.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023, beginning at 3:00 p.m. at WHITE FUNERAL HOME located at 921 W. Glen Park Ave. (45th Ave,) Griffith.

Friends are invited to meet with the family on Saturday, October 21, 2023, from 12 NOON to 3:00 p.m. at White Funeral Home.

Tom graduated from Morton High School, Class of 1983. Tom enjoyed going to car shows, riding his motorcycle, especially rides for the Disabled American Veterans, attending the Pierogi Fest, and enjoying food and fellowship with his friends at House of Pizza. Tom also had a love for animals.
