Thomas A. Bukowski III, age 42, of Jacksonville, FL, formerly of Griffith, IN, passed away on Monday, October 14, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Anne (nee Barenie); son, Thomas A. Bukowski IV; parents: Thomas A and Marsha (nee Dean) Bukowski Jr.; brother: Edward (Julie) Bukowski ; nephew: Alex; grandmother: Eleanore (nee Szymanski) Bukowski; parents-in-law: Mervyn G. and Rita Barenie, and by many loving extended family.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday October 22, 2013, at 10:00am Directly at St. Mary Catholic Church located at 525 North Broad St. in Griffith, IN. with Fr. Theodore Mens celebrating. Burial will follow at Calumet Cemetery in Merrillville, IN.

Friends may meet with the family on Monday, October 21st from 2-8:00pm at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Ave. in Griffith. There will be an evening wake service at 7:30pm on Monday.

Tom was a loving and devoted husband, father, son and brother. He was employed as a safety manager at Stellar in Jacksonville, FL. He was an Eagle Scout and enjoyed fishing and hunting. Tom was a member of the Fr. Marquette Council #3631 in Griffith, and a 4 ^th degree Sir Knight, in the Knights of Columbus Abraham Lincoln Assembly #235.

Tom graduated from Griffith High School (Class of 1990) and Indiana State University.
