Thomas W. Allison age 87 of Highland, passed away on Wednesday May 25th, 2016.

He is survived by his son David (Tira) Allison Sr. of Highland, grandchildren David T. Allison Jr. and Nicole Allison, also by his brother Frank E. (Renata) Allison.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Virginia Allison, his wife Donna and by his daughter Jody.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday May 31, 2016 at 4:00pm at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Avenue Griffith, with Fr. Edward Moszur officiating. Cremation will follow the services.  Inurnment at St. John-St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Hammond.

Friends may meet with the family on Tuesday May 31 2016 from 4:00pm-8:00pm at White Funeral Home.

Tom was a Coast Guard Veteran. He was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Highland and the Knights of Columbus of Whiting where he was a Past Grand Knight. Tom was also retired from the American Maize Company.
