Steven M. Owen age 57 of Lake Station, passed away on Friday January 22, 2016.

He is survived by his wife of 17 years Cindy; children Steve Owen, Jessica Owen, and Christopher Baker;

Sisters Nancy Owen of Ohio, Julie (Noe) Larios of New Mexico, and by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Steve was preceded in death by his mother Barbara Owen and father Larry Owen.

Funeral services will be private.

Steve was employed at Griffith Rentals and Sales in Griffith and he was a member of the Experimental Aircraft Assoc. Steve loved welding, building things, and engine repair.
