SOFIA J. POPPA-EVERS "FIT, I" HOBART, IN Sofia J. "FIT, I" Poppa-Evers, age 59 of Hobart, passed away on Friday September 23, 2011. She is survived by her children: Teresa (Craig) Saterlee, Jaymie (Ray) Razo, James Michael "Mikey" Fox, and Sarah Heinrichs; grandchildren: Krystal, Damien, Caleb, Gabriel, Sofia, Alexandria, Angelica, Jacob, and Jonathon. mother, Jean Oros (Dr. Norman Patterson); sister, Teresa (James) Hardy; brothers: Emil Poppa, John (Tina) Poppa and Virgil Poppa (Joyce); also, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; and by her dear friend, Renee Deckelmann. She was preceded in death by her father, Emil; son, Aaron; and nephews: Michael, Huetten, and Ethan Poppa. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday September 28, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. at White Funeral Home with Pastor Roy Moffit officiating. Cremation will follow services. Friends may meet with the family on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 from 4:00-7:30 p.m. at the White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Ave. in Griffith. FIT, I was a loving mother, daughter, and sister who loved life and loved all unconditionally.
