Shirley A. Daugherty age 59 of Hammond, passed away on Monday Dec. 27, 2010

Survived by her children: Shirley (Craig) Coleman of Hammond

Doris (Tim) Opperman of Calumet Township

Connie (Kathleen) Daugherty of Tennessee

Grandchildren: Bo, Michael, Sarah Coleman, T.J., Savannah, Erick & Melody Opperman, Jessica and Alex Barlo, Tyler Sharp and Lillian Daugherty

Mother: Doris Ray

Sisters: Barb Wicker, Cathy Barber all of Tennessee

Brother: Jack Ray of California

Preceded in death by her father Jackson, husband Connie, and brother David

Funeral services will be held on Thursday Dec. 30, 2010 at 10:00 am at

White Funeral Home with Rev. James Williams officiating.

Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Hammond.

Friends may meet with the family on Wednesday December 29, 2010 from

4pm-8pm at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45 ^th Ave. in Griffith.

Shirley loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. She

was also an avid doll collector.

In lieu of flower memorials may be given to the family.
