Sharon K. LaFlech, age 79, of Highland, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2024. She is survived by her children: Kelly LaFlech, Kent (Amanda) LaFlech, and Krissy (Nic Dulin) LaFlech; grandchildren: Kamri, Hayden, Bailey; siblings: Larry (Sandra) Strohmeyer and Patricia (Clyde) Carnett; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Floyd and Norma; her husband William; and brothers David and Robert.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at 11:30 AM at First Presbyterian Church, located at 8727 Delaware St. Highland, Indiana 46322 with Pastor Tyler Orem and Pastor Linda Skaggs officiating. Inurnment will be at Arlington National Cemetery. Friends may meet with the family on Saturday after the service.

Sharon attended the University of Denver and later finished her accounting degree at Purdue University Northwest. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Highland, where she was active as a Deacon, Elder, Founding of Gladys' Table, as well as the Great Banquet Prayer Group.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the First Presbyterian Church in Highland in care of Gladys' Table or The Blessing Box.
