Ronald J. "Ronnie" Polak Jr. age 42 of Munster passed away on March 1, 2017. He is survived by daughters Adrienne and Ava; mother Diane Polak, father Ronald J. Polak Sr. and brother Ryan (Samantha) Polak, nieces Rachael and Frankie; also Aunts,Uncles and cousins. Ronnie is preceded in death by his wife Kristin, paternal and maternal grandparents. Friends may meet with the family on Saturday March 11th from 10:00am-12:00pm at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Avenue Griffith, Indiana. Memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday March 11th at White Funeral Home. Ronnie loved spending time with his girls.
