He is survived by his mother Pamela Mack of Highland, IN ; Father Donald (Nancy) Guzman of Hobart, IN; Lifelong partner of 20 years Lisa Jones of Highland, IN; Sisters: Tracy Beasley of Leesburg, GA; Candice (Jon) Jones of Hamlet, IN; Amber (Donnie) Lawson of Valparaiso, IN; Angela (Bruce) Vazquez of Hobart, IN; Brothers: Danny (Tiffany) Guzman of Hobart, IN; Jack Mohoi of Hobart, IN; Numerous aunts uncles nieces, nephews and, one great nephew. Also by his four legged friend, Hunter.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, January 27th, 2012 at 7:00pm at White Funeral Home located at 921 West 45 ^th Ave., Griffith, IN. 46319
