Rita A. Melia age 76 of Lansing passed away on Friday, October 31, 2014.

She is survived by her children; Rich (Lora) Melia, Renee (Bill) Kenzel, Rob (Dana) Melia, and Ron (Regina) Melia.

Grandchildren; Rick, Dan, Tom, Rob, Nick, Ryan, Jason and Dylan

Great grandchild: Kellan

Preceded in death by her Parents John and Mary Mokrzycki, son Ray, grandson Jim, 3 brothers, and by her 5 sisters.

Friends may meet with the family on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 from 4:00pm-8:00pm at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45 ^th Avenue, Griffith

Funeral services will be private.

Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Calumet City, IL.

Rita was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Lansing, IL. She was retired from the Chicago Board of Education, and she worked at McDonald's for 9 years.
