Mitchell D. Hopp age 61 of St. John, IN passed away on Monday April 11, 2016.

He is survived by his mother: Dolores M. Hopp of Griffith

Twin Brother: Michael (Jeri) Hopp of Schererville

Brother: Kevin Hopp of Griffith

Nephew: Ryan (Lori) Hopp of Naperville, IL.

Niece: Jillian (John) Condon of Glen Ellyn, IL.

Great Nieces and Nephews: Isabella, Brielle, Greyson, and Irie

And many lifelong friends.

He is preceded in death by his father Donald.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 15, 2016 at 10:00am at White Funeral Home, located at 921 W. 45 ^th Avenue Griffith with John Hoffmaster officiating. Burial will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens in Schererville.

Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, April 14, 2016 from 3-8:00 pm at White Funeral Home .

Mitchell retired after 30 years with IBM as a  Project Manager Principle, he was  a County Representative for Lake County Region 2 ABATE, and treasurer of the Moondoggers.   He was also an avid White Sox, Bears and Blackhawks fan and an avid Harley Davidson Motorcycle rider.  Mitchell was a great uncle and was loved by his nieces and nephews.
