Michael A. "Mike" Copp, age 54, of Griffith passed away on Monday, February 26, 2024. He is survived by his sweetheart, best friend, and wife of 32 years Stefanie; children: Breanne (Payton) Brezinski and Gregory Copp; granddaughter Ruby Brezinski; parents: Richard and Barbara Copp; brother Rick (Anne) Copp; sister Patty (Ken) Croft; nieces Brittany (Adam) Brewer, Courtney (Lou) Grounds, Kristen (Alex) Gorman; nephew Corey Copp; and his four-legged companion Boozer.

He was preceded in death by his father-in-law and mother-in-law Frank and Sheila Church; and loyal four-legged companion Chip.

Friends may meet with the family on Saturday, March 2, 2024, from 12:00 PM until 3:00 PM at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. Glen Park (45th) Ave. Griffith, Indiana 46319.

Mike was a Master Carpenter for 35 years. He enjoyed golfing, hanging out on his "Hillbilly Porch" and being a wonderful Papa.

The family would prefer that everyone wore casual attire and a ball cap in remembrance of Mike.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the family in his memory.
