Maxine C. O'Brien age 89 of Griffith passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2015.

She is survived by children: Marcia Viront, Joe (Donna) O'Brien, Mike (Marcy) O'Brien and

Mary (Mike) Zimmerman;   13 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and by her Son-in-law: Ray Galocy

Preceded in death by her parents Francis and JoHanna Dubois, husband Joseph, daughters Karen Galocy and Peggy O'Brien and grandsons Clinton Hayes, Kevin Galocy and Mark O'Brien.

Funeral services will be held Friday March 6, 2015 at 10:00am at St. Mary Catholic Church located at 525 N. Broad Street, Griffith

Burial will follow at Ridgelawn Cemetery

Friends may meet with the family on Thursday, March 5 from 4:00pm-8:00pm at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45 ^th Avenue Griffith.

Maxine was a member of the St. Mary Catholic Church and the Alter and Rosary Society.

Memorials may be given to the Grace Hospice of South Bend or to Help at Home in Michigan City, Indiana.
