Matilda J. Kish age 95 of Highland, passed away on Friday January 3, 2014.

She is survived by her daughter Arlyne (Alan) Filler of Highland; grandchildren Sue Vechey of Crown Point, Jayne (David) Lakackas of Lemont, IL, and Scott (Cheryl) Filler Schererville and by her great grandchildren Danny, Tom, and Katie Vechey, Eric and Nora Filler, and Abbey Lakackas.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday January 7, 2014 at 10:30am at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Highland with Fr. Edward Moszur celebrating. Cremation will follow the services. Friends may meet with the family on Monday January 6th from 4:00-8:00pm at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Ave. in Griffith. There will be an afternoon wake service at 4:30pm on Monday.

Matilda was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Highland and she was retired from Illinois Bell.
