Mary Louise Jergens (nee Liesenfelt) age 88 of Griffith

She was born October 22, 1926, Mary Lou walked with God on Wednesday July 29, 2015. Mary Lou is survived by five daughters, Kathleen Jergens, Wilnetta aka Billie (Bob) Hutchins, Mary (Doug) Bixler, Sara (Tom) Stine, Luanne Quinn Jergens and son Terrence (Kim) Jergens. Ten grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband Richard L. Jergens of 51 years, her parents William and Mary Liesenfelt, sisters Wilnetta Liesenfelt, Dorothy Hahn, Lucille Stephens, and brother William F. Liesenfelt, grandsons Adam G. Smith and Nichols P. Jergens.

Funeral Services will be Monday, August 3, 2015 at 10:00 at St. Mary Catholic Church located at 525 N. Broad in Griffith with Father Theodore Mens celebrating

Burial will follow at St. Michael Cemetery in Schererville, Indiana

Friends may meet with the family on Monday, August 3 from 9:00am until time of Mass at 10:00am at St. Mary Catholic Church in Griffith

Mary Lou was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church of Griffith, St. Mary Altar and Rosary Society, St. Mary Women's Bible Study, Catholic Order of Foresters, Life member of Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary and Member of National Association Retired Federal Employees.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials donations can be made to St. Mary Catholic Church and School, Griffith.
