Marva Lee Parrish age 70 of Hammond passed away on Monday, August 29, 2016.

She is survived by her sons: David Parrish and Hayden Parrish.

Grandchildren: Nathan, Joshua, Patrice, Jacob, Faith, and Raina

Great Grandchildren: Levi, Mirabelle,  Raelynn, Alexandrea and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Preceded in death by her parents John and Margaret King, husband Bill, daughters Marvetta and Marla Jo, brothers Doc and Jim.

Funeral services will be held on Friday September 2, 2016 at 10:00 am at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Avenue Griffith with Reverend James Williams officiating.

Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park Hobart, IN.

Friends may meet with the family on Thursday, September 1, 2016 from 4-8:00 pm at White Funeral Home in Griffith.

Marva volunteered at Operation Care Food Pantry of Griffith for over 20 years. She was a charter member of the Evangelistic Temple Church of Griffith for over 50 years-now known  as Family Christian Center in Munster.
