MARK D. "MARKY" REX GRIFFITH, IN Mark D. "Marky" Rex, age 17 of Griffith, passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2011. He is survived by his father, Corey (Kelly) Rex of Griffith; mother, Heidi Vaseloff of Griffith; sisters: Kirsten, Rabekka and Reanna; grandparents: Mark (Diane) Rex, Deborah (Steve) Allen and Ralph (L'Nora) Sanders; and great grandparents: Betty "Jewel" Tucker and Velva G. Sanders. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and by his pets: Douggie, Delilah and Jett. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at White Funeral Home with Pastors Bill Gibbs and Clemon Chappell Jr. officiating. Cremation will follow the services. Friends may meet with the family on Tuesday, July 26th from 3:00-8:00 p.m. at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Ave. in Griffith. Mark was a senior at Griffith High School and member of the Wrestling team and the High School Choir. He enjoyed music and was an avid drum player.
