Mark A. Pavelka, age 45, of Hammond, formerly of Griffith passed away on July 10, 2014. He is survived by his son Jacob Christopher Pavelka of Indianapolis; Parents: Donald and Mary Ann Pavelka of Griffith Brothers: Donald (Joyce) Pavelka of Lake Station, Michael (Janis) Pavelka of Griffith, and Stephen Pavelka of Griffith. Nieces and Nephew: Amanda Raynor of Florida, Matthew Pavelka of Minnesota, and Heather Pavelka of Griffith Great Nieces and Nephews: Ashley, Alec, and Andrew Raynor all of Florida.Preceded in death by his grandparents Edward & Lucy Kozubal, and Dale & Emma Lambert. Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Mark Graduated from Calumet High School class of 1987. He is a former employee at Reichelt Plumbing. He loved life to the fullest and loved taking care of his cats.
