Lydia M. Patrick age 92 of Griffith passed away on Friday, October 17, 2014.

She is survived by her children: David Patrick, and Lydia J. Patrick: and granddaughter, Auriel L. Patrick.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David W. Patrick; parents: John and Anna Mayernik, daughter: Kathie Patrick, siblings: John, Steve, Albert, Joseph, Paul, Anne, Mary and Elizabeth.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at 10:00 AM at St Mary Catholic Church located at 525 N. Broad St. Griffith, IN with Father Theodore Mens celebrating.

Cremation will follow the service.

Friends may meet with the family on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 from 4:00-8:00PM at White Funeral Home, located at 921 W. 45th Avenue, Griffith.

Lydia was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Griffith.
