Leslie "Les" Burdsal age 80 of Griffith passed away on Monday August 10th, 2020.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years; Barbara, son Paul Burdsal Jr., and granddaughter Abigail Cotney.

Les was preceded in death by his parents Paul and Hazel Burdsal, daughter Kathy Cotney, and siblings Donald, Betty, Dwight, and Charles.

Funeral services will be held on Friday August 14th, 2020 at 10:00 AM at WHITE FUNERAL HOME located at 921 W. Glen Park Ave. (45th Ave.) Griffith with Pastor Robb Thompson officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Lane Cemetery in Schererville.

Friends may meet with the family on Thursday August 13th, 2020 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at WHITE FUNERAL HOME.

Les was employed by G&N Aircraft in Griffith as a Mechanic. He was a member of Family Harvest Church in Tinley Park, Illinois.

Les was a member of the NRA, EAA, Academy of Model Aeronautics, Flying Aces Club, and the Calumet Escadrille Team
