LeeAnn Carol Riese-Allen age 39 of Griffith passed away on Tuesday April 29, 2014

She is survived by her children: Jeremy Starks, Matthew Ciaccio Jr. and John Ciaccio

Parents Michael and Patricia Riese of Griffith

Brother: Aaron (fiancée Katie) Riese of Griffith

Nephews: Kaleb and Kolin

Grandparents: John and Mable Seren, numerous Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.

Preceded in death by her great grandparents Joe and Elsie Seren, grandparents Leonard and Amelia Riese, Uncle Lenny.

Funeral services will be held Monday, May 5, 2014 at 10:00 am at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45 ^th Avenue, Griffith

With Larry Ballah officiating

Cremation to follow services.

Friends may meet with the family on Sunday, May 4, 2014 from 2:00pm-8:00pm at White Funeral Home.

LeeAnn graduated from Griffith High School class of 1993 and Davenport University.

She was a member of the Faith Church in Hammond and employed at BP Amoco in Whiting.
