Kathleen A. Frederick age 66 of Highland passed away on Friday, September 9, 2016.

She is survived by her children: Angela (Jason) Heath,  and Dave (Ashley) Frederick Jr.

Grandchildren: Devin, Ethan, Lillian, Bentley and Jason

Sisters: Jeanie Hernandez, Patricia (Patrick) Ward, Susan (James) Johnson and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Dorothy O'Hara, her husband David Sr,  her sister Geraldine and her four legged companion Bandit.

Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at 7:00 pm at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Avenue Griffith with Father Theodore Mens officiating.

Friends may meet with the family on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 from 4-7:00 pm at White Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the family.
