Juanita "Peewee" Galvan , age 77 of Griffith, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2015.

She is survived by her children: Rudy (Cindy) Galvan, Mike Galvan, Daniel (Kim) Galvan, and Kent Galvan.

Several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Siblings: Carmen Cortez, JoAnn Castellanos, Theresa Gonzales, Florence Taylor, Raymond Chavez, and Diane Jesitous.

Numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her parents, Ramone and Florence Chavez, husband, Rudolph and sister, Marie Pawlus.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 7:00 PM at White Funeral Home, located at 921 W. 45 ^th Avenue, Griffith, IN., with Father Theodore Mens officiating.

Cremation will follow.

Friends may meet with the family on Thursday, June 11 from 4-7:00PM at White Funeral Home.
