Joseph "Duke" Uylaki age 74 of Gary, passed away on Saturday October 22, 2011.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years Kathleen

Lisa Uylaki of Gary

Michael (Lisa) Uylaki of Munster

Grandchildren: Melissa, Danny, John, Collin, Ella, and Jake

Brothers: Kenny (Darlene) Uylaki of Hammond

Robert Uylaki of Gary

Ronnie Uylaki of Wheatfield

Jack (Faith) Uylaki of Hammond

Preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Mary Uylaki, daughter Laura, brothers Jim, Rich, and George, and by his sister Shirley.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday October 26, 2011 at 10:00am at White Funeral Home with Pastor Roy Moffitt officiating. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Hammond.

Friends may meet with the family on Tuesday October 25 ^th from 4-8:00pm at the White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45 ^th Ave. in Griffith.

Joseph loved fishing and going to the racetrack.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family.
