Joel H. DeValk age 49 of Michigan City, formerly of Highland passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2014.

He is survived by his mother:  Loretta (William) McQueary.

Sisters: Lisa (Brian) Rothchild, Trena (Greg) Nendick, Tammy (Al) Hartrunft, Cheryl McQueary, Lisa McQueary, brother: Bruce (Jeanie) McQueary, and by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Joel was preceded in death by his father: John DeValk.
