Harold LeRoy Cummings age 86 of Griffith passed away on Tuesday July 11, 2017.

He is survived by his wife of 60 yrs. Maureen; Children Jeffrey Cummings, Stephen (Beverly) Cummings;

Granddaughter Michelle (John) Lewis,   Great Granddaughter Raevyn Walters, Great Grandson Xander Lewis;  sisters Patricia Haney, Jean (Robert) Montgomery, sister- in- law Sandy Cummings  and also by numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Patrick and Sybil, brothers Stanley and Rodell

Funeral services will be held Monday July 17, 2017 at 10:30am at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Ave Griffith Indiana with Fr. Keith Virus officiating. Burial will follow at Ross Cemetery.

Friends may meet the family on Sunday July 16, 2017 from 3:00pm -8:00pm at White Funeral Home.

Harold was a Navy Veteran and he was retired from Ford Motor Company after 38 yrs. He loved working on his cars and was an avid NASCAR fan.

In lieu of flowers donations may be given  to Wounded Warrior family support foundation or St. Jude's Children's Hospital in his memory.
