Harold E. Bridegroom age 79 of Griffith, passed away on Monday, January 13, 2014.

He is survived by his wife, Patty Bridegroom; children: Ed (Sue) Bridegroom, Valerie (Richard) Beck, Vanessa (Jeff) Farr; grandchildren: Eric, Alison, Josh, Jon, David, Kristen, Amber, Clarissa, Bobby, Stephanie, and Sarah; 9 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, and nephews; friend Andi Wright; brothers: Richard (Floy) Bridegroom; Russell T. (Elsa) Bridegroom; sisters: Gail Kirk, and Patsy Leech.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mabel Bridegroom; brothers: Raymond, Cedric, Art, John, Pat; and son: Barry.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 17, 2014 at 10:00am at White Funeral Home, with Pastor Richard Beck and Michael Poole Officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Lane Cemetery in Schererville.

Friends may meet with the family on Thursday January 16th, from 3:00-8:00pm at White Funeral Home located at 921 W. 45th Ave. in Griffith.

Harold was owner of Bridegroom Service in Griffith, and was a Charter member of Bible Baptist Church in Highland. He was an avid deer hunter.
