Gloria Pauline Hernandez, age 73, of Hammond, Indiana passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2015.

She is survived by her children: Leticia Navarro, Elida Navarro, Lydia (David) Castillo, and Anselmo (Leticia) Navarro.

Grandchildren: Alma, Jose, Louis, Michael and Elizabeth.

Numerous brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces and cousins.

Preceded in death by her son: Louis Ortiz, Jr. and granddaughter: Samantha Ortiz.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, March 20 at 10:00AM at White Funeral Home, located at 921 W. 45 ^th Avenue, Griffith, Indiana.

Burial will follow at Ridgelawn Cemetery in Gary, Indiana.

Friends may meet with the family on Thursday, March 19, from 4-8:00 PM at White Funeral Home.

Gloria was retired from Inland Steel.  She enjoyed crafts, reading, bingo and working word finds.
