Glen E. "Bud" Gaby III, age 68 of Griffith, passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2015.

Survived by his wife of 45 years: Laura Lee, son: Michael Paul (Kristin) Gaby of Avon, IN, grandsons: Matthew and Andrew, parents: Glen Jr. and Helen Gaby of Logansport, IN, brother: David Lee (Barbara) Gaby of Hessville, sisters: Bridget Carrigan of Grand Rapids, MI, Teresa (Jerry) Frame of Royal Center, IN, Heidi (Jeff) Lentz of Bremen, IN, father-in-law: Paul Hayden of Griffith, IN and several nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his brother: Tim and mother-in-law: Marjorie Hayden.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 10, 2015 at 10:00am at First United Methodist Church located at 400 W. 44 ^th Place, Griffith, IN with Pastor Carolyn DeWitt officiating.

Burial will follow at Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrillville, IN.

Friends may meet with the family on Thursday, April 9, 2015 from 2-8:00pm at White Funeral Home, located at 921 W. 45 ^th Avenue, Griffith, IN.

Glen was retired from G & L Hydraulics, he was a member of the Griffith Town Council, sons of the American Legion, former member of Griffith Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeal.   He was also a former youth baseball and soccer coach. Glen loved playing basketball, fishing, singing and playing his guitar and was an avid golfer.  He was a graduate of Logansport High School, Class of 1965,"The Biggest and The Best" and Indiana State University, Class of 1969.

Memorial can be given to the Glen Gaby Foundation for the betterment of Griffith.
