Everett G. Malone age 85 of Hammond passed away on Thursday June 4th, 2020.

He is survived by his children Sherry (Barry) Parr, Terry (Carrie) Malone, Timothy (Betty) Hutchison, Theresa (Joe) Cote, Lisa (Mike) Shabaz, Craig (Bonnie) Malone, son-in-law Bob Murray, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, brother Charles (late Ida) Malone, sister Pansy Deckard, and many nieces and nephew.

Everett was preceded in death by his parents, wife of 54 years Ruby, son Mark Malone, daughter Jeannie Murray, grandson Adam Parr, and brothers Jewell Malone, Vern Griffith, and Elwood Griffith.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday June 10th, 2020 at 12:00 PM at WHITE FUNERAL HOME located at 921 W. Glen Park Ave. (45th Ave) Griffith with Pastor Shawn Cornett officiating. Burial to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens in Schererville. Friends may meet with the family on Wednesday June 10th, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at WHITE FUNERAL HOME.

Everett wan an Army Veteran, an avid fisherman and hunter. He was a great storyteller and gave the best advice when asked. Everett retired from Inland Steel and was a member of the Inland Steel 25 Year Club.
