Evelyn J. Arizmendi age 3 1/2 of Hebron, passed away on Monday April 16, 2018.

She is survived by her parents Vicente and Heather; sister Molly; grandparents William and Donna Carney, Angela (late Vicente) Arizmendi; great grandparents Marvin (late Eleanor) Werth, Reynaldo (late Delia) Arizmendi and by her numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday April 21, 2018 at 5:00 pm at WHITE FUNERAL HOME located at 921 W. 45TH Avenue in Griffith, Indiana with Rev. Stephen Henderson officiating. Cremation will follow the service. Please wear your bright colors and blue nail polish to help celebrate her fun personality and her favorite things.

Friends may meet with the family on Saturday April 21, 2018 from 2-5:00 pm at WHITE FUNERAL HOME.
